Top Shelf Salted Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe - Free Download

Last year for Father's Day, we gifted our Dads cookies.  We sourced the best of the best ingredients and made the world's best Top Shelf Salted Chocolate Chip Cookies.  It has now been our go-to recipe.

There are a couple of things that make these cookies special : 

• Maldon Sea Salt Flakes on top before baking, the most delicous salty crunch
• Vanilla Bean Paste (here)
• GOOD butter, we use Salted Kerry Gold - it makes such a big difference
• Extra Dark Brown Sugar, helps add to the caramelized-ness
• Banging the pan mid-way through baking to give the crinkly edges
• Valrhona Chocolate (amazon) : I love the puddles it makes.  We chopped them up just slightly for good, irregular pieces.  I use semi-sweet but you can use dark if you are a fan.
